Do you ship internationally?

I'll try my best to have those channels open, but any import tax, duties, etc, will be responsible by the buyer. This is uncharted water for me, but if you are having any issues, send me an email! I cannot guarantee shipping to all countries.

Why are shipping rates so expensive?

I try to keep shipping rates as low as I can based on the current rates offered by our local carrier. Depending on how much you are ordering and where you are ordering from, that can affect the overall price. These are rates I cannot control and cannot afford to cover by myself :(

My package is lost or damaged during shipment! What can you do?

Unfortunately I cannot replace items that get lost or damaged during shipment. Once a tracking number is created and shipped off with USPS, it's no longer within my control. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim! I do my best to pack orders to withstand rough transit.

My package was not damaged but I received a defective item!

Please email me a picture of the defective item with your order number! I try my best to inspect each item before it gets shipped out, but if it is an obvious defect that I have missed, I can replace the item within reason. Items with small blemishes, printing artifacts, from everyday wear and tear, or from the nature of the material will not be replaced. 

How long will my order take to get here?

I will try my best to get orders out quickly! I am currently a single member team for this whole operation, so there may be some processing delay. Once an order gets shipped out, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

Do you accept returns, cancellations, exchanges?

I do not have the infrastructure to accept returns, cancelled orders that have been shipped, or exchanges. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, I can issue you a refund. I cannot refund orders that have been delivered.

Will you be restocking "x" item?

Prints and stickers will usually be restocked unless I am retiring a design, however, for any goods manufactured outside the United States will be paused until tariff policies within the current US administration changes. We'll have to navigate these waters together!
